Lou Provost Lou is a recognized inspirational leader and performance award-winner with over 30 years experience in retail store operations. The bulk of his vast experience was obtained throughout a succession of management and leadership roles with RADIOSHACK, a Fortune 500 company. As Executive Vice President of all retail stores with RadioShack, the largest wireless retailer in the US, he was responsible for the operating performance of the company’s 7,000 locations and 30,000 store employees. During his leadership, the company reached five billion dollars in sales, doubled company profits and had stock prices reach record highs. After a successful and rewarding career, Lou took early retirement in 2005 to pursue other opportunities. Lou founded Retail-Expertise (a retail consulting company) in 2008 with a mission to share his extensive business and retail knowledge with other retailers looking to grow their business. He is passionate about the challenges of retail, store operations and corporate management and has consulted small, medium and large retailers toward reaching their desired goals and objectives. In 2009, Lou partnered his company Retail-Expertise with T-Mobile USA in a new retail venture to own and operate multiple wireless stores in the Nashville market. |

Mike Mello Mike brings numerous years of wireless and management experience to the team. Prior to joining Retail-Expertise, Mike served as a Regional Manager with T-Mobile USA directing the corporate stores in regions of Florida and Tennessee. During his tenure with T-Mobile, he experienced many changes in the industry. Most notably was the transition from Powertel to Voicestream, which eventually transitioned to T-Mobile. Mike and his team were consistently ranked at the top of the 'Customer Service and Satisfaction Surveys' with the company. In addition, he won the T-Mobilizer Award - which is the highest award possible for a T-Mobile employee. This achievement was directly related to his volunteer work in providing support for the employees and communities that suffered Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Mike is focused on the customer and doing what is right to ensure happy clients, which in turn helps the business grow and succeed. He has joined our T-Mobile team to help Retail-Expertise grow quickly in becoming the preferred wireless retailer in the Tennessee market. |

Rod Aguilar Rod joined our team in July 2009 because he always liked the value found in T-Mobile's products and services. Prior to becoming one of the sales experts in our Smyrna location, he had been in the wireless industry for almost six years, selling many different types of wireless services while working for various wireless companies. This experience has contributed to the extensive awareness he has of the industry, and in turn, he enjoys passing this knowledge on to his employees and customers. By providing the best customer experience he possibly can, Rod attains our goal of making sure we have happy and loyal customers. He is always eager to help customers find solutions for their needs or concerns. This “customer first” attitude and his performance, earned him a quick promotion to store manager of our Hermitage location in November of 2009. |
